3. How long does the initial appointment take?
For a full classic set, you should plan for about 2 to 2.5 hours. This allows time for a thorough consultation, preparing your natural lashes, and the meticulous process of applying anywhere from 80-140+ individual extensions per eye. Your comfort and a flawless result are our top priorities, and we never rush the process.

4. How do I choose the right style for me?
This is the fun part! During your consultation, we’ll discuss your desired look—from a subtle, everyday enhancement to a bold, dramatic volume. We consider your natural eye shape, lifestyle, and personal style to recommend the perfect curl, length, and thickness. We offer Classic (one extension per natural lash), Volume (multiple lighter extensions per lash), and everything in between.

5. How long do lash extensions last?
Your natural lash cycle is typically 6-8 weeks, with lashes shedding and regrowing naturally every day. To maintain a full look, we recommend refill appointments every 2-3 weeks. This allows us to replace the extensions that have shed with your natural lash cycle.

6. What is the proper aftercare?
Great aftercare is the secret to long-lasting lashes! For the first 24-48 hours, it’s crucial to keep them completely dry and avoid any steam. After that, you should cleanse them daily with a lash-safe, oil-free cleanser to remove makeup, oil, and debris. We also recommend brushing them gently with a clean spoolie and avoiding any oil-based products near your eyes.

7. Can I still wear mascara?
With beautiful, full extensions, you likely won’t feel the need to! However, if you must, it’s crucial to only use a water-based, extension-safe mascara (never waterproof) and to apply it only to the tips. We highly recommend avoiding it altogether to prevent clumping and difficult cleanup that can damage your extensions.

8. Will lash extensions ruin my natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a certified and experienced professional, lash extensions will not damage your natural lashes.
