Our services are available to everyone over the age of 18. Parent or guardian consent does not exempt minors.

Children and Extra Guests

Due to limited seating, sharp instruments and zero visibility during your appointment our studio does not allow infants or children. Please help us make our environment safe and comfortable for all our guests by coming alone to your scheduled appointment.

COVID-19 Protocols

  • Masks are no longer required in our space.

  • We ask that you use hand sanitizer upon arrival.

  • If you are sick please reschedule. We will reschedule 14 days from the day your symptoms appear. Cancellation fees will be waived.

  • If you come to your appointment and are visibly ill or are displaying symptoms you will be respectfully asked to reschedule for everyone's safety. 

  • If you have had close contact with a person considered a likely or confirmed case of COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. 

Credit Card Information

All clients are required to leave a credit card on file. We NEVER charge your credit card on file unless you've missed an appointment with no prior notice. Our system is encrypted and safe (we don't have access to your credit card information once entered onto the system).

Cancellations

Fees collected under this policy go to your service provider to compensate for income lost and are not meant as a punitive action but rather a form of recovery.⁠ We are compensated on a per service basis.

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment reservation cost. Cancelling within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.

A no show, no call will result in a 100% charge of the appointment reservation cost.

Late Policy

We ask that you arrive on time for each appointment you book. We have the right to refuse service should you arrive late by more than 15 minutes. This is to ensure our technicians stay on schedule and tardiness does not affect other clients booked throughout the day. Alternatively, your service provider can provide you service in the remaining time frame however, our regular guarantees do not apply.

If you are refused service due to tardiness you will be expected to pay 50% of the reserved appointment service cost.
