Credit Card Information

All clients are required to leave a credit card on file. We NEVER charge your credit card on file unless you've missed an appointment with no prior notice. Our system is encrypted and safe (we don't have access to your credit card information once entered onto the system).

Cancellations

Fees collected under this policy go to your service provider to compensate for income lost and are not meant as a punitive action but rather a form of recovery.⁠

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the appointment reservation cost.

A no show, no call will result in a 100% charge of the appointment reservation cost.

Late Policy

We ask that you arrive on time for each appointment you book. We have the right to refuse service should you arrive late by more than 15 minutes. This is to ensure our technicians stay on schedule and tardiness does not affect other clients booked throughout the day.

If you are refused service due to tardiness. You will be expected to pay 100% of the reserved appointment service cost.
